Description
During this project, over the last 12 years ESRA has been approaching those Holocaust survivors who had previously never been able to take advantage of ESRA’s help. ESRA considers the continuation of this work and the continued efforts to provide survivors with the necessary assistance as an absolute priority. As the need for information, advice, care and therapy continues to be considerable, not only for the survivors but also their descendants, now is the time to make increased efforts to reach all survivors requiring help.

Im Rahmen dieses Projektes spricht ESRA seit zwölf Jahren gezielt jene NS-Überlebenden an, die zuvor noch niemals Hilfe von ESRA in Anspruch nehmen konnten. Diese Arbeit fortzuführen und noch möglichst vielen Überlebenden die für sie notwendige Hilfe weiterhin zukommen zu lassen, sieht ESRA als ganz vordringliche Aufgabe an. Da der Bedarf an Information, Beratung, Betreuung und Therapie bei Überlebenden, aber auch bei deren Nachkommen, weiterhin sehr groß ist, müssen gerade jetzt intensive Anstrengungen unternommen werden, um noch alle Überlebenden zu erreichen, die Unterstützung benötigen.
