Continuation of the project: until this time, 3000 Jews who were expelled from Austria and now live in the USA were listed and 140 interviews carried out. As a result of the questionnaires sent out by the National Fund, people born up to and including 1932 have been able to be contacted in all Federal States. As a result, the “Austrian Heritage Collection” constitutes one of the largest collections on Jewish “emigration” in the United States.

Fortsetzung des Projektes: Es wurden bis jetzt über 3000 aus Österreich vertriebene Juden und Jüdinnen, die in den USA leben, aufgenommen und 140 Interviews durchgeführt. Es konnten - durch die über den Nationalfonds ausgesandten Fragebögen - Menschen der Geburtsjahrgänge bis 1932 in allen Bundesstaaten der USA kontaktiert werden. Damit stellt die 'Austrian Heritage Collection' eine der größten Sammlungen zur jüdischen 'Emigration' in den Vereinigten Staaten dar.
