The Upper Austrian Concentration Camp Association erected a memorial plaque in Hartheim for five politically and racially persecuted people who were murdered in Hartheim. They are Otto Benedikt Fantner, writer, born in Vienna, Ludwig Gföller, retired chief conductor on the railway at Attnang-Puchheim, Richard Holleislaborer from St. Johann im Pongau, Arthur Jacobs, of Jewish origin, born in Heiligenhaus in the German Ruhrgebiet, Elisabeth Posch, wife of the resistance fighter Maximilian Posch from Lichtenwörth in the District of Wiener Neustadt.

Der KZ-Verband OÖ will in der Gedenkstätte Hartheim eine Gedenktafel für fünf politisch bzw. rassisch verfolgte Menschen anbringen, die in Hartheim ermordet wurden. Es handelt sich um: Otto Benedikt Fantner, Schriftsteller, geboren in Wien, Ludwig Gföller, pensionierter Oberschaffner bei der Eisenbahn aus Attnang-Puchheim, Richard Holleis, Hilfsarbeiter aus St. Johann im Pongau, Arthur Jacobs, jüdischer Herkunft, geboren in Heiligenhaus im deutschen Ruhrgebiet, Elisabeth Posch, Gattin des Widerstandskämpfers Maximilian Posch aus Lichtenwörth im Bezirk Wiener Neustadt.
