In her film, Andrina Mracnikar provided both the leaders of the Slovenian resistance in Carinthia and the simple fighters and victims of the war with a voice in the form of authentic testimonies. The documentary was intended to reach as wide a public as possible, remember National Socialist injustice and safeguard the memory of the victims. The collected video material serves further academic research into National Socialism and the fates of its victims.

Die Andrina Mracnikar lässt in ihrem Film sowohl die Entscheidungsträger des slowenischen Widerstands in Kärnten als auch die einfachen Kämpfer und die Opfer des Krieges in Form von authentischen Erlebnisberichten zu Wort kommen. Die Dokumentation soll eine möglichst breite Öffentlichkeit erreichen, an das nationalsozialistische Unrecht erinnern und das Andenken an die Opfer bewahren. Das erhobene Videomaterial soll der weiteren wissenschaftlichen Erforschung des Nationalsozialismus und des Schicksals seiner Opfer dienen.
