Accompaniment and care of the gravely ill, the chronically ill, the dying and their relatives by a mobile ESRA team and the intensification of the psychotherapeutic care at home had become absolutely necessary as those affected could not come to ESRA due to their age and their illness. The mobile ESRA team consists of a doctor specialized in palliative medicine and pain relief and post traumatic stress disorder, a care assistant specializing in palliative care and post traumatic stress disorder and a psychotherapist specializing in care for the dying and post traumatic stress disorder.

Begleitung und Betreuung von Schwerkranken, schwerchronisch Kranken, Sterbenden und deren Angehörigen durch ein mobiles ESRA-Team und Intensivierung der psychotherapeutischen Betreuung vor Ort ist zu einer unbedingten Notwendigkeit geworden, da die betroffenen Menschen aus Gründen der schweren Krankheiten und des hohen Alters nicht selbst in die ESRA kommen können. Das mobile ESRA-Team besteht aus einem/r Arzt/Ärztin, mit Schwerpunkt Palliativ und Schmerzmedizin + PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), einer Pflegeperson mit Schwerpunkt Palliativpflege + PTSD und einer/m PsychoterapeutIn mit Schwerpunkt Krisen- und Sterbebegleitung + PTSD.
