Publication of Decisions 1 to 7 of the Arbitration Panel for In Rem Restitution

Publikation der Entscheidungen 1 bis 7 der Schiedsinstanz für Naturalrestitution

 

The Arbitration Panel for In Rem Restitution, established at the General Settlement Fund, is obligated by Sec. 36 of the General Settlement Fund Law to publish its decisions. In order to comply with this obligation, a series with the substantive decisions of the Arbitration Panel will be published. Volume 1 of this series contains decisions no. 1 to 7. As it is not intended that the virtual resource will remain permanently online, the decision will be published in the form of a book.

Die Schiedsinstanz für Naturalrestitution, eingerichtet beim Allgemeinen Entschädigungsfonds, trifft gemäß § 36 Entschädigungsfondsgesetz eine Veröffentlichungspflicht. Um dieser Verpflichtung Rechnung zu tragen, wird eine Reihe mit Entscheidungen der Schiedsinstanz, insbesondere den Texten der entschiedenen materiellen Anträge erscheinen. Band 1 dieser Reihe wird die Entscheidungen 1 bis 7 der Schiedsinstanz umfassen. Da eine dauerhafte Einrichtung der virtuellen Quelle nicht vorgesehen ist, wird eine Publikation in Buchform erscheinen.
