Description
On Israel’s 60th anniversary, the exhibition "My Only Homeland“ will be held in honor of the Holocaust survivors and their influence on the structure of Israeli society and culture. From April 2008, the exhibition is to be shown in the exhibition pavilion of Yad Vashem for around a year. The exhibition will reflect the hope and optimistic attitude of the arriving Holocaust survivors. Due to the modern technology used in its presentation, the exhibition should appeal to both young and old visitors. Artifacts from survivors will also be able to be viewed in the exhibition.

Zum 60. jährigen Jubiläum Israels wird die Ausstellung 'My Only Homeland' zu Ehren der Holocaust-Überlebenden und ihren Einfluss auf die Struktur der israelischen Gesellschaft und Kultur stattfinden. Ab April 2008 soll die Ausstellung im Ausstellungs-Pavillion von Yad Vashem für die Dauer von ca. einem Jahr gezeigt werden. Die Ausstellung soll die Hoffnung und die optimistische Einstellung der ankommenden Holocaustüberlebenden wiederspiegeln. Sowohl junge als auch ältere Ausstellungsbesucher sollen mittels moderner Präsentationstechniken angesprochen werden. Auch Artefakte der Überlebenden werden in der Ausstellung zu sehen sein.
