Forced prostitution in the National Socialist concentration camps was a form of organized, systematic sexual violence in the Second World War. The exhibition drew attention to this very specialized subject of the fates of a group of victims of National Socialism who are often forgotten by the history books. Firstly, the exhibition was an attempt to analyze the intention of the SS, who were behind the establishment of the camp brothels and secondly it was a collection of rare knowledge on the living circumstances of the women involved.

Die Sex-Zwangsarbeit in NS-Konzentrationslagern war eine Form der organisierten, systematischen sexualisierten Gewalt im Zweiten Weltkrieg. An diesem sehr spezialisierten Thema versucht die Ausstellung das Schicksal einer in der Geschichtsschreibung oft 'vergessenen' Gruppe von NS-Opfern aufzuzeigen. Mit der Ausstellung wird einerseits versucht, die hinter der Errichtung der Lagerbordelle stehenden Intentionen der SS zu analysieren und andererseits die spärlich vorhandenen Kenntnisse über die Lebensumstände der betroffenen Frauen zusammenzutragen.
