Description
The work on the project “List of names of Holocaust victims” was so far advanced that a provisional presentation of the names and data could take place for the first time in the memorial complex on Judenplatz in Vienna in 2000. In order to successfully complete the project and evaluate the most important sources a further 2 years work was required.

Die Arbeiten an dem Projekt ' Namentliche Erfassung der österreichischen Holocaustopfer' sind soweit fortgeschritten, dass im Rahmen des von der Stadt Wien errichteten Gedenkkomplexes am Wiener Judenplatz im Jahr 2000 erstmals eine provisorische Präsentation der Namen und Daten erfolgen kann. Um das Projekt jedoch sinnvoll abschließen und die wichtigsten Quellen auswerten zu können, sind weitere Arbeiten in einem Ausmaß von 2 Jahren erforderlich.
