The third stage of the “path of remembrance“ follows on from the second stage and includes 15 further stages with explanatory plaques and 8 stations in front of buildings where the families of those murdered have requested plaques for their murdered relatives. They have successfully contacted and informed many people from Austria, England, Israel, the USA and Canada etc. about the project, and for this reason many requests were received. That means that the second stage had to be extended from the planned 12 stations to include 23 stations. The publication of a brochure and a map of the new station was also planned.

Die dritte Etappe des 'Weges der Erinnerung' schließt an die geplante zweite Etappe an und wird weitere 15 Stationen mit Erklärungstafeln umfassen, außerdem acht Stationen vor Häusern, wo sich Angehörige Tafeln für ihre ermordeten Angehörigen wünschen. Es ist gelungen, viele Menschen in Österreich, aber auch in anderen Ländern wie England, Israel, USA und Kanada über das Projekt zu informieren, deshalb sind sehr viele Anfragen für Steine eingegangen. Das bedeutet, dass der Umfang der 3. Etappe von den ursprünglich geplanten zwölf Stationen auf 23 Stationen erweitern werden muss. Die Herausgabe einer Broschüre sowie einer Wegbeschreibung der weiteren Stationen ist geplant.
