Project

Description

The aim of the project is to collect scientific material from archives, eyewitness interviews and the personal estate of Imre Kormos and Natasa Konopitzkys grandmother, Lenke Gold, in order to appraise the life story of Imre Kormos, who was a sort of “Jewish Schindler”. At the same time it is hoped that the project will raise questions about the construction of family history and family memory.
