Description

From 21 June 2018 to 28 June 2018, the names of the 66,000 Austrian victims of the Shoah will be written on Prater Hauptallee in a large-scale art action with over 100 participants using white school chalk. An analogue 16mm film camera will take single frames of each name, creating a film of about one hour's length with 24 frames (images)/names per second. The cinematic result of the art action "66,000" is to be published on November 9, 2018. This day marks the 80th anniversary of the pogrom of November 1938.
