The new Austrian national exhibition at the Museum Auschwitz-Birkenau will open in the sometime in the next few years. As Austria, as well as the history of Austria, are relatively unknown to tour guides at the Holocaust Memorial, this program is intended to teach Austrian History, explaining to German speaking guides on site the opportunities that this modern exhibition has to offer.

In den nächsten Jahren soll die neue österreichische Nationalausstellung im Museum Auschwitz-Birkenau eröffnet werden. Da Österreich und die Geschichte Österreichs für Guides an der Gedenkstätte relativ unbekannt ist, soll dieses Vermittlungsprogramm dazu dienen den Guides die österreichische Geschichte näherzubringen und die Möglichkeiten, die diese moderne Ausstellung mit sich bringt, für die deutschsprachige Guides vor Ort erläutern.
