Upon the construction of a new sport center in the Viennese Prater, the Hakoah Club returned to its original premises. A anthology was published in conjunction with the 100th anniversary of the club, which was celebrated in March 2009. In this anthology, the historical establishment of the club at the beginning of the 20th century and its “golden years” in the 1920s and early 1930s are discussed as well as the dissolution of the club and the seizure of its grounds, the long history of the restitution and the present-day social and cultural importance of the Hakoah for a Jewish identity in Austria.

Mit der derzeitigen Errichtung eines neuen Sportzentrums im Wiener Prater kehrt der Verein Hakoah an seine ursprüngliche Wirkungsstätte zurück. Im Zusammenhang mit dem 100-Jahr-Jubiläum des Vereins, das im März 2009 gefeiert werden wird, soll ein Sammelband erscheinen. Darin werden einerseits die historische Entstehung des Vereines zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts und dessen 'goldene Jahre' in den 1920ern und frühen 1930ern thematisiert, zum anderen die Vereinsauslöschung und der Entzug der Sportstätte, die lange Geschichte der Rückstellung sowie die heutige soziale wie kulturelle Bedeutung der Hakoah für eine jüdische Identität in Österreich beschrieben.
