Description
The International Roma Day was celebrated on 12.4.08 in the Amerlinghaus and was dedicated to the Year of Remembrance 2008. During the event, Ceija Stojka read her poems on the subject, her experiences in various concentration camps and the multi-cultural choir ‘Women in White” sang songs written during the National Socialist era.

Der internationale Roma Tag wurde am 12.4.08 im Amerlinghaus begangen und war dem Gedenkjahr 2008 gewidmet. Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung hat Ceija Stojka ihre Gedichte zum Thema, Erlebnisse aus verschiedenen Konzentrationslagern gelesen und der Multikulturelle Chor 'Frauen In Weiß' unter anderem Roma Lider, die während des NS zeit entstanden sind, gesungen.
