Description
Already in the past years, Jewish seniors met every month in the restaurant Alef Alef for coffee and cake. The club organized many excursions and celebrated the high holidays. Artists also held readings and talked to the seniors. The club is also something very special for pupils, as they are welcome guests and come often and gladly to the delight of the seniors. The Cafe Centropa has become an important institution and continues to hold its monthly meetings, in which an average of 70 Holocaust survivors participate.

Bereits in den vergangenen Jahren trafen sich jeden Monat jüdische SeniorInnen im Restaurant Alef Alef zu Kaffee und Kuchen. Der Club organisierte viele Ausflüge und feierte die hohen Feiertage. Zudem hielten KünstlerInnen Lesungen und unterhielten sich mit den SeniorInnen. Ebenso ist der Club für SchülerInnen etwas ganz Besonderes, da sie gern gesehene Gäste sind und zur Freude der SeniorInnen oft und gerne kommen. Das Cafe Centropa ist eine wichtige Institution geworden, und führt auch weiterhin die monatlichen Treffen, an denen durchschnittlich 70 Holocaustüberlebende teilnehmen, durch.
