In view of the regional exhibition Carinthija2020, the cultural association Interferenzen is conceiving a multimedia exhibition, events and publications that create listening and narrative space in the Carinthian Loibltal. The aim of the project is to break the social silence, to make emotionally charged stereotypes obsolete and to give a lively, encouraging and dignified expression to the past. By opening the history of the Kohlenprath family, people are given access to contemporary history, which is afflicted with taboos. In order to give pupils, students and young people nationwide a modern approach to the subject area and to enter into an open dialogue with them, it was decided to use, expand and actively support the area of social media more intensively.

In Hinblick auf die Landesausstellung Carinthija2020 konzipiert der Kulturverein Interferenzen eine multimediale Ausstellung, Veranstaltungen und Veröffentlichungen, die Zuhör- und Erzählraum im Kärntner Loibltal schaffen. Projektziel ist es, das gesellschaftliche Schweigen zu brechen, emotionsgeladene Stereotypen obsolet zu machen und dem Vergangenen lebendigen, ermutigenden und würdigen Ausdruck zu verleihen. Durch das Öffnen der Geschichte der Familie Kohlenprath wird Menschen Zugang zu der mit Tabus behafteten Zeitgeschichte gegeben. Um SchülerInnen, StudentInnen und Jugendlichen überregional einen zeitgemäßen Zugang zum Themengebiet zu ermöglichen und mit ihnen in offenen Dialog zu treten, wurde entschieden, den Bereich Social Media verstärkt einzusetzen, auszubauen und aktiv zu betreuen.
