Description
There are many Holocaust survivors from Austria and other European countries living in the Maimonides Home. The home strives to make people' s twilight years as dignified as possible. This includes cultural entertainment as a social program. We hereby apply for a subsidy for the events listed below at the Jewish Parents' Home. The afternoons are exceptionally well attended and bring old and young together. In addition to the program, which has been supported by the National Fund for several years, many artists also perform on a voluntary basis.

Im Maimonides-Heim leben zahlreiche Holocaust-Überlebende aus Österreich sowie aus anderen Ländern Europas. Das Heim ist bemüht, den Menschen ihren Lebensabend so würdig als möglich zu gestalten. Dazu gehört auch kulturelle Unterhaltung als soziales Programm. Hiermit wird um Zuschuss für die unten angeführten Veranstaltungen im jüdischen Elternheim angesucht. Die Nachmittage sind außergewöhnlich gut besucht und bringen Alt und Jung zusammen. Neben dem seit mehreren Jahren vom Nationalfonds geförderten Programm treten viele KünstlerInnen zusätzlich auch ehrenamtlich auf.
