Description
The year 2022 will be the 80th year of remembrance of the deportation of Carinthian Slovenes. The ZSP – Association of Forcibly Resettled Slovenes would like to commemorate the year of remembrance with a programme that addresses not only those affected and their descendants, but also a broad public, i.e. also compatriots with German as their mother tongue.
In the course of the project, there will also be a documentation of projects "Art in Public Space – Culture of Remembrance", which undoubtedly form important building blocks in making the process of coming to terms with the past visible.

lm Jahr 2022 wird das 80. Gedenkjahr der Deportation von Kärntner SlowenInnen begangen. Der ZSP – Verband zwangsweise ausgesiedelter Slowenen möchte das Gedenkjahr mit einem Programm begehen, das nicht nur die Betroffenen und ihre Nachfahren, sondern darüber hinaus eine breite Öffentlichkeit, also auch Landsleute mit deutscher Muttersprache, anspricht. lm Zuge des Projektes soll auch eine Dokumentation von Projekten „Kunst im öffentlichen Raum – Erinnerungskultur“ erfolgen, die zweifellos wichtige Bausteine in der Sichtbarmachung der Vergangenheitsbewältigung darstellen.
