The exhibition shows the lives and fates of selected librettists and the close connection between the Jewish librettists and the composers of the plays. As part of the Jewish cultural festival "Hell on the Lake" at Lake Wolfgang, the ongoing research results of the examination of the painful past of musical entertainment literature are presented in the accompanying exhibition at Mozarthaus St. Gilgen. The festival events take place there and visitors can learn more about the fate of the artists.

Die Ausstellung zeigt das Leben und Schicksal ausgewählter Librettisten und die enge Verbindung der jüdischen Librettisten zu den Komponisten der Stücke. Im Rahmen des jüdischen Kulturfestivals „Hölle am See“ am Wolfgangsee werden die laufenden Forschungsergebnisse der Auseinandersetzung mit der schmerzvollen Vergangenheit der musikalischen Unterhaltungsliteratur in der Begleitausstellung im Mozarthaus St. Gilgen präsentiert. Dort finden die Veranstaltungen des Festivals statt, und die BesucherInnen können sich tiefergehend über das Schicksal der KünstlerInnen informieren.
