Description
The aim of the project is to counteract antisemitic tendencies among young people with a migration background in a sustainable and preventive way. In particular, acting in keeping with principles of democracy, fundamental rights and human rights, and an understanding for the secular-liberal constitutional state are to be developed and fostered.
Project goals are:
• Reduction of individual patterns of discrimination and devaluation
• Implementation of sustainable structures to deconstruct antisemitic thought and attitude patterns by means of specific education for prospective teachers and social workers and additional training for teachers
• Building capacity for knowledge transfer and communication

Ziel des Projekts ist es Antisemitismustendenzen unter Jugendlichen mit Migrationshintergrund nachhaltig und präventiv entgegenzuwirken. Dabei sollen insbesondere demokratische, grund- und menschenrechtliche Handlungen sowie Verständnis für den säkular-liberalen Rechtsstaat entwickelt und gefördert werden. Projektziele sind: Abbau individueller Diskriminierungs- und Abwertungsmuster Implementierung nachhaltiger Strukturen zum Abbau von antisemitischen Denk- und Haltungsmustern mittels spezifischer Bildung von angehenden LehrerInnen und SozialarbeiterInnen und Fortbildung von LehrerInnen Kapazitätenaufbau zu Wissensvermittlung und -transfer
