The moral courage trainings are aimed at all people who want to counter unjust or threatening situations with their individual possibilities of action in moral courage, but especially at young people. An additional focus is on action against “bullying” and “moral courage on the internet”. Based on the content-related examination of the topic of moral courage, the trainings also deal with “Moral Courage under the Nazi regime”.

Die Zivilcourage Trainings richten sich an alle Menschen, die ungerechten oder bedrohlichen Situationen mit ihren individuellen Handlungsmöglichkeiten in Zivilcourage entgegensetzen wollen, vor allem aber an Jugendliche. Ein zusätzlicher Schwerpunkt ist auf den Einsatz gegen "Mobbing" und "Zivilcourage im Internet" ausgerichtet. Auf Basis der inhaltlichen Auseinandersetzung mit dem Thema Zivilcourage wird in den Trainings auch „Zivilcourage im Nationalsozialismus“ behandelt.
