This documentary film examines the origins of the persecution of Jehovah's Witnesses in the Techelsberg and Köstenberg regions of Carinthia. Rather than focusing on the religious aspect, it highlights the human and family circumstances and fates involved. It also explains the history of the Techelsberg war memorial, which was erected in the 1950s. There were several attempts to correct the inaccurate information on the memorial. A breakthrough was achieved in 2017, resulting in the installation of a new memorial which was handed over to the public. Initially produced in Slovenian and Italian, the film can be used in schools and the classroom.

Die Filmdokumentation geht auf die Entstehung der Verfolgung von Jehovas Zeugen in der Region Techelsberg und Köstenberg in Kärnten ein – es geht nicht um den religiösen Aspekt, sondern um die menschlichen und familiären Umstände und Schicksale. Es wird auch das Kriegerdenkmal vom Techelsberg erklärt; errichtet in den 1950er Jahren, gab es mehrere Versuche, die inhaltlich falsche Darstellung auf dem Kriegerdenkmal zu korrigieren. 2017 kam es zu einem Durchbruch, und es wurde ein neues Denkmal installiert und der Öffentlichkeit übergeben. Der Film, der zunächst in Slowenisch und Italienisch proudziert wird, kann an Schulen und im Unterricht verwendet werden.
