A film and educational project by Tacheles Styria in cooperation with CENTROPA. In a two-day seminar and a subsequent seminar day for Styrian high school and vocational college teachers, parallels will be drawn between research into Jewish life in Styria and Southeastern Europe and relevant topics today, such as migration, assimilation, integration and freedom of religion using films and interviews with surviving eyewitnesses. Tacheles Styria has produced a film especially for Styrian school classes about the surviving eyewitness Walter Goldberger, who survived in hiding with Catholic farmers in Styria. This film is available to all teachers on DVD and is available on the internet for all interested parties free of charge.

ein Film und Bildungsprojekt von Tacheles Steiermark in Zusammenarbeit mit CENTROPA Durch Filme und Zeitzeugeninterviews wird die Erforschung des jüdischen Lebens in der Steiermark und in Südosteuropa mit aktuellen Themen wie Migration, Assimilation, Integration und Religionsfreiheit in einem zweitägigen Seminar und einem nachfolgenden Seminartag für AHS-Lehrer und Lehrer der Berufsbildenden Schulen der Steiermark verbunden. Speziell für den Unterricht in der Steiermark produziert Tacheles Steiermark einen kurzen Film über den jüdischen Zeitzeugen Walter Goldberger, der bei katholischen Bauern in der Steiermark die Shoah überlebte. Dieser Film ist für alle LehrerInnen auf DVD erhältlich und darüber hinaus über das Internet für alle Interessierten kostenlos zugänglich.
