Description
Since July 2006, the Centropa association has been organising a monthly gathering for Holocaust survivors – the “Café Centropa”. As part of this project, Centropa organises cultural events featuring artists who are otherwise only seen on stage. As in previous years, four events will also be held this year: a reading by Stefano Barnardin, a singing performance by Shmuel Barzilai and Nikolaos Pogonatos, a reading by Michael Masula and Michael Mertens, and a concert by Ethel Merhaut and her band.

Seit Juli 2006 veranstaltet der Verein Centropa einmal im Monat ein Treffen für Holocaust-Überlebende – das „Café Centropa“. Im Rahmen dieses Projekts werden kulturelle Veranstaltungen mit Künstler:innen organisiert, die sonst nur auf Bühnen zu sehen sind. Auch dieses Jahr werden vier Veranstaltungen durchgeführt: Lesung mit Stefano Barnardin, Gesang mit Shmuel Barzilai und Nikolaos Pogonatos, Lesung mit Michael Masula und Michael Mertens, Konzert mit Ethel Merhaut und ihrer Band.
