Injunction proceedings against publicist Stephan Templ brought to a successful conclusion

The proceedings to take out an injunction against Stephan Templ instigated by an employee of the General Settlement Fund with the backing of the Parliamentary Directorate and the General Settlement Fund were successful. Mr. Templ has not appealed against this court order and must now comply with the settlement reached before the court to cease and revoke the spurious and defamatory statements made in regard to the plaintiff. As such, the petition filed was complied with in full. The settlement has been legally binding since early August 2018 and Mr. Templ has revoked his statements.
