REVOCATION AND NEW INVITATION TO TENDER Construction of the future Austrian exhibition at Auschwitz

At the end of July, in the absence of suitable offers the National Fund of the Republic of Austria revoked its invitation to tender issued in April for general contractor services for the interior design of the new Austrian exhibition in Block 17 on the grounds of the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial.

The services, which have now been put out to tender by means of direct award with prior announcement, include the construction and installation of the entire exhibition furnishings. The future contractor must dimension all components in terms of both statics and construction and carry out the required job planning. The procurement procedure will be carried out in German, the contract language is German.
