The National Council enacted the National Fund Law

The National Council enacted the National Fund Law.

The National Fund was established under the auspices of the National Council to emphasize the Fund's importance and to refelct the fact that the supreme body of the Austrian people, the people's representative, considers itself responsible for the Fund and its objectives.
